Getting to the Venue
All festivities and meetings will take place at the Hotel Commonwealth. Hotel Commonwealth is across the street from the Kenmore - Commonwealth Ave MBTA station.
● If you are driving – Please make every effort to carpool, as there is valet on-site. You may also consider Spot Hero, or other parking apps.
● If you are flying (Boston Logan International Airport). Recommended Uber/Lyft, or public transit (MBTA).
● Given this event will take place a short distance from Boston, there should be no car rentals – please make every effort to use ride share, public transit or drive directly.
Please arrange an Uber/ LYFT from your accommodation to the meeting venue if it is not walking distance.
Accomodation
Accommodation will be provided by the OOFOS US team for those invited partners (any additional/extra partners will be subject to the regular rate at Hotel Commonwealth, on their own – we do not have any additional room block for extra guests)

Group Dinner
For those staying Wednesday, we will host a dinner in the evening. Please confirm your attendance in the registration form and any dietary requirements. We look forward to the opportunity to spend social time with you all.

Please block the appropriate dates based on your role. US teams, please complete the registration form on the link below. International teams, once your flights and accommodation are booked please complete the registration for each team member attending. The deadline for this detail is the 31st of March so we can finalise preparations.
