International Sales Meeting
We look forward to welcoming yOO to the OOFOS SS23 International Sales Meeting in Twickenham, London on Wednesday the 8th of June. We will hold individual team meetings on the 7th and 9th of June and an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing breakout for those markets running an OOFOS site on the morning of the 9th of June.

MEETING VENUE
The meeting will take place at Twickenham Rugby Ground, Twickenham, London.
Meeting will take place in the Members Lounge Room which is located in the West Stand, Level 3. In arriving at the main entrance of the stadium to check in, you will be given directions to the lounge.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
Shuttle Bus Pickup From Accommodation
Shuttle busses will be provided from the two accommodation options not located in walking distance to Twickenham Stadium (Marriot is located at the meeting venue and would recommend as best accommodation option) on the morning of the 8th to take you to the meeting venue. Please complete the registration form below to inform us of your accommodation arrangements.
Arriving by Car
From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Twickenham Stadium is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus / Toyota car dealership. From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout. Please do leave additional time if you are arriving at the stadium during peak travel hours as the A316 can be busy during this time.
Parking at the stadium is free of charge. For all events in the South and West stand, parking is available in the main car park (accessed via the main gate on Rugby Road) and for all events in the North or East, please park in the north car park (accessed via the main gate on Rugby Road, TW1 1DZ for sat nav).

The Alexander Pope Hotel is situated , 1.5 miles from the Stadium (meeting venue)/ 5 - 15 minute Drive, traffic depending. We will have a shuttle from the hotel on the morning of the meeting if we have any bookings here.

The Richmond Hill Hotel is a 15 to 30 minute drive (traffic from the meeting venue). However, the hotel is situated in the beautiful borough of Richmond. Close to many shops, restaurants, Richmond Park, and the River Thames.

GROUP DINNER ON THE 8TH
After the full day of meeting on Wednesday the 8th of June we will be holding a dinner in the evening. Please confirm your attendance in the registration form and any dietary requirements. We look forward to the opportunity to spend social time with you all.
REGISTRATION FORM
Once your flights and accommodation are booked please complete the registration for each team member attending. The deadline for this detail is the 15th of April 2022 so we can finalise preparations on our end. This is a busy month in London for events so would suggest booking the accommodation as soon as possible to reserve the best option.
