APAC INTERNATIONAL SALES MEETING

We look forward to welcoming yOO to the OOFOS SS24 International/ APAC Conference in Tokyo, Japan from Monday the 15th to Tuesday 16th May.

We would like to thank our Japan distributor, ALCO, for the very generous use of their showroom on these dates. We will hold a forecasting and merchandising open session on the morning of Tuesday the 16th as all forecasts need to be submitted by the close of the meeting – please come prepared to do this exercise with your teams.

Please note you will need to deliver your first forecast – please come prepared. Any requests for a one to one meeting can be arranged during this session.

Transport recommendations in Tokyo:

The closest station to the Alco office is Ebisu (3-4 minute walk to ALCO’s showroom from the station. It is three blocks away). Depending on where you are coming from, you would be taking the following subway lines to get to Ebisu station:
• Hibiya Line (H)
• Yamanote Line (JR)
• Shonan Shinjuku Line
• Saikyo Line

Other Helpful travel tips:

You can buy a PASMO card at any station for 500 YEN ($4). Each trip should cost no more than 200 YEN ($2) and they can also use the PASMO card to pay at 7Eleven , Family Mart, Welcia, etc. (small convenience stores)

Recommend Google Maps for good directions and subway connections

Shibuya station is a 25 minutes walk from ALCO’s office

We recommend taking a Taxi vs Uber, as they’re usually less expensive. Most accept all credit card companies.

GROUP DINNER ON THE 15TH

After a full day of meeting on Monday the 15th of May we will be holding a dinner at HANAYUKI  in the evening. Please confirm your attendance in the registration form and any dietary requirements. We look forward to the opportunity to spend social time with you all.
